We have a 5-day return policy, which means the customer have 5 days after receiving your item to request and return the product.
What is not eligible for Return?
Installation Issues – Wall mounting installation services are not offered by Indoorscape and therefore, return requests because of customer’s inability to get the product wall mounted will not be processed.
Relocation – After an item has been delivered to you in perfect condition, in the event of the subsequent dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly etc, please note that Indoorscape will not be responsible for any damage to the product.
Customer changing the mind once product is delivered : In the event of customer feels that the product does not match with his existing interiors or feels that size is not matching with the other furniture/decors available in the customer premises,Indoorscape will not be responsible for the same as customer has chosen the product based on his/her evaluations & conclusions.In such cases,the return of product is not eligible as per the refund policy.
Eligibility Criteria for Product Return:
The return of a product is applicable only if there is any major damages/manufacturing defects or if there is difference in product specifications when compared to the details mentioned in product descriptions.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.You need to also take a video of the box opening of the parcel immediately after you receive the item at your address.The video should be continuous and all the package opening stages plus the product condition to be captured in a single video.
To start a return, you can contact us at our email ID: email@example.com along with the packing box opening video which depicts the condition of the product at the time of delivery.The request for return will be validated by Indoorscape officials and after viewing the box opening video, the approval for return will be intimated back to the customer. If the return is accepted, we’ll intimate the customer to send the items at your own cost through professionally managed courier services approved by Indoorscape to the specified address.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Incase of despatching the return product by the customer beyond 5 days timeline(5 days from the date of receiving the product at customer’s address), the return product will automatically disqualifies for refund.Indoorscape will not take the responsibility to despatch back the product and its the customer’s responsibility to take back the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on email@example.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.In such cases, Indoorscape will repair or replace the product based on the nature of damages.However, the repair/replacement will be done only based on the evaluation of the packing box opening video send by the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or notified items like glassware, breakable products,custom products(such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or to the specified bank accounts given by you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A cancellation fee of 2.0% will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback/discount earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted from same. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product.
